The Ice Age Adventures of Buck Wild is the latest Ice Age adventure, and it’s heading toDisney Pluswhere you can stream it with the whole family at home.

What is The Ice Age Adventures of Buck Wild about?
The film follows the thrill-seeking possum brothers Crash and Eddie as they head out into the world on their own, looking for some distance and independence from their sister Ellie.
Things don’t go to plan, and the duo is soon trapped in the Lost World, a cave underground. They’re not stuck for long before their friend, dinosaur-hunting weasel Buck Wild, comes to their rescue.

Together, and along with some new friends, Crash, Eddie, and Buck will have to save the Lost World from dinosaur domination.
How does this connect to previous Ice Age movies?
This is the sixth film in theIce Age franchise, which started with 2002’s Ice Age.
That was followed by Ice Age: The Meltdown (2006), Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs (2009), Ice Age: Continental Drift (2012), and Ice Age: Collision Course (2016).
There have also been several Ice Age short films since 2002. These include Gone Nutty, No Time for Nuts, Surviving Sid, Scrat’s Continental Crack-Up, Scrat’s Continental Crack-Up: Part 2, Cosmic Scrat-tastrophe, and Scrat: Spaced Out.

Disney has also produced two Ice Age TV specials — Ice Age: A Mammoth Christmas and Ice Age: The Great Egg-Scapade — and currently has a series titled Scrat Tails in development.
Simon Pegg is the only returning voice actor as Buck Wild in The Ice Age Adventures of Buck Wild. Pegg voiced the character in the three previous Ice Age films. More familiar characters are back, including Manny, Sid, Diego, Scratch, Ellie, Eddie, and Crash. All returning characters save for Buck Wild have new voice actors.
When and where can you watch The Ice Age Adventures of Buck Wild?
The Ice Age Adventures of Buck Wild will premiere exclusively on Disney Plus. This title won’t be going to theaters at all.

The film is available to stream starting January 28 with a Disney Plus subscription.
Members will have access to it globally, in all countries and regions where Disney Plus is available.
