TheFitbit Versais a big improvement over the company’s first smartwatch, theIonic. It’s not as bulky and uncomfortable, it looks much nicer, and its software isn’t as laggy. If you’ve been waiting to get your hands (wrists?) on one, now’s your chance. The Fitbit Versa is now on sale worldwide.
The Versa is available for purchase onFitbit.comandAmazonstarting at $199.95 in black, gray, or peach color options. A variety of extra leather, silicon, and stainless steel bands are also availablefrom Fitbit.comfrom $29.95-$99.95.

In hopes to get more users to buy the pricier special edition model, Fitbit has also announced that Fitbit Pay now works with Chase Bank. Fitbit Pay is still in its early stages compared to the likes of Google Pay or Apple Pay, but the addition of Chase is certainly an important one in the U.S.
When we reviewed the Versa, we told you it was a greatfitness trackerand a so-sosmartwatch. In May, it’s going to get even better. Fitbit is bringing quick reply functionality to the Versa and Ionic sometime next month, which will allow users to respond to texts, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger notifications with pre-populated messages. Quick reply functionality is only coming to Android devices.

In addition to quick replies,Fitbitis also bringing its new female health tracking features to the Versa and Ionic in May, but only for iOS and Windows — the update should roll out to Android users sometime in Q2. Female health tracking is a way for women to track their menstrual cycle, record symptoms, and compare trends over time inside the Fitbit app.
